плагин блокирует пользователей, использующих proxy IP
Плагин, блокирует доступ к сайту, если IP с которого зашел посетитель имеется в файле proxy.dat лежащего в папке плагина.

Основная идея этого плагина использование списка проксилистов.

В случае использования несколько листов, их придется объединить в один файл.
